To improve the quality of support, we've introduced a new team that will aid in providing support. This means that there will be multiple portals available to Chatlayer customers.
How do you contact Support?
Don't worry we've made it easier to contact our teams through the platform: you can now contact us by navigating to the right hand pane and clicking the support button

When clicking the button you will automatically be redirected to the correct support portal.
The ways of creating tickets is described below for each portal.
The Sinch Engage Support Portal : How to create tickets

Submitting your requests through the Sinch Engage Support Portal is simple. Clicking the "Submit a Request" button, will redirect you to our form allowing you to create a ticket:
Just make sure to select Chatlayer in the Product Section of the form as indicated below:

After you've completed the form, indicating what issue you're experiencing, you can click the "Submit" button and your ticket will be created.
Don't worry, you will receive immediate confirmation via mail along with your ticket number allowing you to continue communication over mail.
Registering is optional, but recommended, since it allows you to get an overview of all tickets launched via your account.
The Sinch Request Support Portal : How to create tickets

If you're redirected to the Sinch Request Support Portal, requesting support is done in a similar manner.
Again, Clicking the "Submit a Request" button, will redirect you to our form allowing you to create a ticket:
In the Sinch Request Support Portal you'll have to make sure to select "Conversational Solutions" in the Product Information Section and Chatlayer below that, as indicated in the following image:

After you've completed the form, indicating what issue you're experiencing, you can click the "Submit" button and your ticket will be created.
Don't worry, you will receive immediate confirmation via mail along with your ticket number allowing you to continue communication over mail.
