To improve the quality of support, we've introduced a new team that will aid in providing support. This means that there will be multiple portals available to Chatlayer customers.
Don't worry we've made it easier to contact our teams through the platform: you can now contact us by navigating to the right hand pane and clicking the support button
When clicking the button you will automatically be redirected to the correct support portal.
The ways of creating tickets is described below for each portal.
create a support ticket here. For this you will need to Create a Jira account.
or contact us directly at support@chatlayer.sinch.com.
To log a ticket, you will have to register on our support portal:
Go to our support site: support.chatlayer.ai.
Click on Sinch Customers.
Click on Sign up for an account.
Follow the steps and create your account.
When your registration has been completed, you can use these credentials to log a ticket on support.chatlayer.ai and by clicking on I need help with Chatlayer.
Submitting your requests through our new Zendesk form is simple. When clicking the support button in the Chatlayer button, wou will be directed to our form that allows you to create a ticket:
When the form has been completed and submitted, you will receive confirmation with the ticket number via mail.
Afterwards every interaction with our support team will be possible via mail. You will not need to register.
