Creating a Jira account

As of 11/05/2022, we’ve migrated our support site to the general Sinch support platform. Don't worry logging a ticket remains easy! First things first in order to log a ticket, you will have to register on our support portal:

  • Go to our new support site using

  • Click 'Sinch Customers' and become a member by clicking 'Sign up'

  • Afterwards just follow the steps and your account will be created.

When your registration has been completed, you can use these credentials to log a ticket on and selecting 'I need help with Chatlayer'.
