Click the status slider to disable the bot temporarily. The message configured under the
bot disabled bot dialog will be shown.
If your contact center is not open 24/7, you can enter the days and hours that live chat should be enabled. If a user is offloaded while the contact center is closed, the user will see the message configured in the 'Offloading close' dialog state.
The time you enter interpreted as time zone CET in winter and CEST in summer (standard time zones in Brussels). Remember to click on 'Push to bot' in the top left of the screen to save the changes.
You can configure Chatlayer to close the live chat on special occasions like national holidays, vacation periods or company specific closing dates. To do so, add a start and end date in the Settings module under 'Human Offloading Closed Dates'. Remember to click on 'Push to bot' in the top left of the screen to save the changes.
Under the settings check the box next to 'Offloading disabled' to temporarily disable human offloading. User that would be offloaded under normal circumstances will be put in the 'Offloading disabled' bot dialog where a custom message can be displayed that gives more information.
