## Como o impulsionador de intenções de IA funciona

Quando você envia uma mensagem para o Processador de Linguagem Natural ([PLN](/chatlayer-documentation-pt-br/navegacao/natural-language-processing-nlp.md)), ele tenta entender a intenção por trás da mensagem ([intenção](/chatlayer-documentation-pt-br/navegacao/natural-language-processing-nlp/intents.md)) e atribui uma pontuação de confiança que varia de 0% a 100%.

### Sem o impulsionador de intenções de IA

Sem o impulsionador de intenções de IA ativado, acontece uma destas 2 coisas:

* Se a pontuação de confiança estiver acima do [limiar de reconhecimento](broken://pages/079d1bb5a7569a3a40278fe0ea2108b5361101df), a intenção correta é reconhecida.
* Se a pontuação de confiança estiver abaixo do limiar, o **Não entendido** bloco é acionado.

### Com o impulsionador de intenções de IA

Com o impulsionador de intenções de IA ativo, se sua pontuação de confiança estiver abaixo do seu limiar, seu bot usará IA para rotular a expressão com uma intenção mesmo assim. Se decidir que a expressão pertence a uma das intenções, a intenção será retornada com 100% de confiança.

## Como configurar o impulsionador de intenções de IA

O impulsionador de intenções de IA opera em segundo plano do seu bot.

Para poder usar o impulsionador de intenções de IA, você precisará ativar os recursos de IA generativa no seu bot.

Para configurar o impulsionador de intenções de IA:

1. Abra seu bot.
2. No lado esquerdo, abaixo da **Configurações** aba, clique em **Configurações do bot**.
3. Se você já estiver usando recursos de IA generativa, basta ativar a **Impulsionador de intenção com IA** opção. Se você ainda não usou nenhum recurso de IA generativa na plataforma, precisará ativá-los primeiro e, então, habilitar o impulsionador de intenções de IA.
