🆕 Make the most of RCS with Carousels
Your Sinch Conversation API is enhanced for improved Rich Communication Services features.
Once you set up your Conversation API channel, you can make the most of your RCS capabilities inside of Carousels steps.
Unlimited characters limit
Chatlayer doesn't enforce character limit in Carousels anymore, so that you can write as much as your channel allows. What you will see is the number of characters that you already entered.
Bear in mind the character limits of the channel that you are using.
Optional images
Images in Carousels are now optional. You don't need them to make a Carousel card anymore.
Variables inside buttons
You can now use variables inside your Carousels buttons.
Card sizes
You can now configure the card size of your Carousel card.
The Short card size will appear like this:
Note that Carousels are not only available for the RCS channel, but also for Viber bot, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. Although Facebook Messenger only allows short and medium card sizes.
